Helpful Information
Do you offer online lessons?
Yes we do! However, online lessons can be very restricted especially for younger children so we don't recommend it unless it's unavoidable (like a lockdown!)
Do I have to travel to Joy Music for a lesson?
Yes, all lessons are held at Joy Music in Wantirna South (Knox).
Do you offer group lessons?
All instrumental lessons are 1:1 for individual efficiencies for the student. If you have more than 1 student that you would like to enrol together, please contact us to discuss specialised options!
Can I wait inside for my child during their lesson?
Yes of course! We have a table inside with some teas for the parents if you would like to wait inside. Otherwise, there's also a big shopping centre just in front if you have other children.
Is there parking available?
Yes there are guests parking available outside the apartment.
How do I make a payment?
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer before each lesson.
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation is possible until the day before your lesson. Cancellations on the day will result to a non-refund.
